I have just completed ANOTHER  8 week body transformation (my first was in January 2017) with Alison Dolby my aim was to loose body fat, tone up and get fitter. With the help and support of Alison I have once again achieved great results. Loosing body fat (3%), have got more toned and my fitness has increased significantly, my metabolic age is 44 not bad considering I am nearly 60 😊  Alison is a great instructor and always puts her clients first, and is always there to offer help and support. I have been attending Alison’s Studio now for 3 years and would not think of going elsewhere. Thank you Alison your a star 🌟  💪💪 xxxx. Finished my 8 week transformation and feeling amazing! Constantly loosing inches/weight and gaining strength and muscle, following a healthy and manageable eating plan whilst still running 2 businesses and having a active family life.
I want to thank Alison Dolby and her team (for putting up with me🤪) for everything they have done to help us all keep on track!
Here’s to the next 12 months!!

Well what can I say I feel amazing can’t thank you enough Alison for creating this program I’ve gone into it full board n I’m so glad I stuck to it I feel so much more healthier x even last night I still made the right choices at work while colleagues munched on crisps now I feel that this is a way of life for me n I’ll never be able to repay you for that x I’ve had fantastic comments n as much as I didn’t want to see myself in photos in my bra I’m proud of them there’s no photo chopping  on them bad boys just 8 weeks of hard graft I’ll encourage anyone to do it n I thank all the amazing ladies who’ve done it along side me yr all fantastic n all look amazing !!! 🔥🔥 now about this after party ??? 🙏🙏🙏 x I’m very proud of myself as I never stick to anything diet wise I now love fitness to who actually am I  I ????  n Alison I Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so encouraging what you have is a Gift Bab xx ❤️ Thanks from one very happy Hot 49 year old if I now get pregnant it’s yr fault 😂😂😂😂😂 xx

This transformation has been a personal challenge for me as I have a ‘Big birthday ‘ coming up next year. Not only do I want to look good but have a healthy body and mind.

This plan has been a learning curve changing my attitude towards diet and exercise. My workout buddies have been very supportive and enthusiastic along the way.

My mindset has changed and I feel positive about the future and a healthier,stronger me!

The results I have achieved speak for themselves 😊

As most of you know I’m an avid lover of fitness. I really enjoy training at the studio, The place has a great vibe about it always welcoming old & new clients, friendly atmosphere with great support from everyone. The classes are not only fun, motivating, challenging but are very effective, you definitely know when you’ve done a session there.

Two years ago I did the Body Challenge, Alison sat me down and had a one to one consultation listening to my likes & dislikes. She worked out what training & eating plan would work & fit in with my lifestyle. I couldn’t believe the results I got after 10 weeks. I had a change of training & great nutritional food plan which is so easy to maintain. Not only have I lost weight/body fat but I’ve become fitter & stronger and still going strength to strength. Al definitely put me on the right track. Thanks 💪🏼X

I’ve always been a fad dieter. Dr Atkins, Weightwatchers, cabbage soup diets, you name it, I’ve tried it….and yet I always found myself back at my starting weight plus more! But now I know why it’s always failed. It’s not about quick fixes, losing a stone in a week or two and starving yourself in the process. It’s about your attitude to food and taking it back to basics, not novelty shakes, bars and ‘low sugar’ replacements.

 

8 weeks really is no time at all to commit to Alison’s transformation! Following the sensible, easy to follow food plan combined with a few hours a week focused exercise has given me great physical results and psychologically I’m in a much happier place!

 

My relationship with food has changed for the better and dropping two dress sizes has given me the impetus to continue to lose weight – and more importantly, inches – in a healthy, sustainable way.

Having just completed my second 8 week body transformation challenge I would like to thank Alison Dolby for all of her help and encouragement.
She manages to make the classes good fun whilst still improving your fitness levels.
She has motivated me to push myself to be the best version of me! I am delighted with my results and will be forever grateful to her for her encouragement and support.
Alison is always available for advice on the eating plan and makes it easy to follow. It has now become a way of life for me to eat this way, and I will continue to attend the fantastic classes that she runs.
I have spent years attending gyms locally without achieving the results that I wanted, but within 6 months of joining Alison at her classes I have improved my fitness and reduced my weight considerably.
I would encourage anyway who is unhappy with the way they look or their level of fitness to look to Alison to help them.

I’ve really enjoyed the 8 week challenge and feel great for having done it. The eating plans can be personalised for dietary needs and preferences, you still eat normal healthy food and don’t go hungry!

I’ve enjoyed Alison Dolby’s fitness classes for some time now but found that with the challenge it pushed me further, encouraged me to try new classes and change things up a bit. The support on the challenge from Alison and the other people in the challenge was great, the sufferfest Karaoke was certainly memorable!

From doing the challenge my fitness has definitely improved, I feel stronger and my running speed has improved. I’ve lost weight, toned up and feel more confident for it. If you’re looking for a plan that works for improving fitness and wellbeing and losing weight then I would highly recommend doing one of Alison’s challenges, they really work as long as long as you stick with it!
